ARTISAN FOOD FAIR   

Artisan Food Fair
Our Artisan Food Fair will take place on Sunday 15th September. With demonstrations and live music to complete the atmosphere. A day not to be missed!

We will have a wide range of high quality local foods to choose from including; jams and chutneys from Hella and The Big Red Kitchen; a wide selection of farmhouse cheeses; Smoked Salmon with delicious flavours including Whiskey Cinnamon and Roast Fennel, Oak and Applewood, Guinness and Treacle, Beetroot and Gin; Dressed Crab, Carlingford Oysters and Seafood Chowder; gorgeous breads from the oldest bakery in Dublin, The Bretzel Bakery; delicious Italian products including pasta sauces and olives from Taste with Gusto; Sweet Potato Pizza; cupcakes from The Cupcake Store; yummy chocolates and truffles from Tremendous Truffles; Gluten free desserts and savoury products from Cook With Ann; delicious crepes from The Crepe Wagon; Clonanny Farm will be here with free-range pork, chickens, sausages; Vegan desserts from Kate; Handmade rolled ice cream from Sally and loads more.

We will also welcome Bare Necessities for the first time, selling loose, organic, food staples and hygiene products to help you live a zero-waste life. So bring your containers and stock up!

There will be a sourdough demonstration below and walk up cupcake decorating sessions for children on the day.

Entertainment on the day will be provided by Papa, who will perform an acoustic set around 1.30pm. Come along, buy some scrumptious food and enjoy it in our newly covered courtyard.

Sourdough Demonstration with The Bretzel Bakery at 12 noon.
William Despard from The Bretzel Bakery will be sharing his passion for sourdough bread, its flavour, texture and health benefits. He will demonstrate how the natural yeast starter is made, mixing, kneading and proving your dough and how best to bake it. Get some yeast starter and top tips to bake bread at home, as well as sampling some of Bretzel’s award-winning bread.
This demonstration is free but places will be limited, so please email info@tseac.ie to register your interest.

Kids Walk-Up Cup Cake Decorating from 1.30 to 4pm.
Rustic Recipes will provide children’s cup-caking decorating sessions during the Food Fair. Walk-up, no registration required.
