MAKING LAVENDER WANDS

Making Lavender Wands
A Workshop with Agnieszka ‘Uisce’.
From 10:30am to 1:30pm

At this 3 hour workshop you will learn how to make colourful fragrant lavender wands. Those traditional creations are fun to make, they look beautiful as a sole decoration or in a dry bouquet. They keep their aroma and their shape for many years. They make a perfect gift and they are a natural moth repellent!

During this 3 hour workshop you will be able to make as many wands of your chosen colours as you manage in time. We will be working with the simplest technique of plain weave first, and then we will go to more complex twill techniques. All materials for the workshop are included, but you can also bring some ribbons you want to use (preferably 0.3 – 0.7 cm wide).

Places are limited, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Doors Open: 10:30am
