We are pleased to announce that Noel Manning’s art classes will be returning for a new term at The Séamus Ennis Arts Centre!

Have you wanted to try oil, acrylic or watercolour painting.  Now is your chance to learn the basics with Noel, beginning with sketching and drawing, incorporating the planning and composition of the format.  This will then lead in an exploration of line, shape, colour, value and texture etc. 

​

These classes are structured informally, on a one-to-one basis leaning more toward guidance of your own personal development as an artist, rather than ‘teaching’.   Through your own preferred medium and subject matter, you will be encouraged and guided to fulfil your personal projects. Suitable for all levels.

Noel Manning is a full-time artist and an experienced teacher having taught in secondary schools and many art groups.  He has exhibited widely and has works in many private collections throughout Ireland.

Classes take place each Wednesday 10:00am-12:00pm and 12:30 - 2:30pm for a 10-week term.

Bookings for classes are bought in advance over the phone. Price for the term is €160.00.
