Declan Sinnott is an instantly recognizable guitar player. As well as a long and distinguished career with Horslips, Moving Hearts, Christy Moore, Mary Black, he has released two solo albums and continues to write and produce great songs.
Victoria Keating has had three tracks on the RTE Radio Recommends Playlist so far this year.
John Creedon said “I think this woman is quite brilliant, she has a beautiful voice”
Victoria and Declan are very much at home on stage: warm, engaging, irreverent and often hilarious. They both carry a weight of musical and life experience that shines through everything. They sing songs of their own and re-imagine songs by others with a beauty and sophistication. Gigs can change on a whim; a request from the audience might steer the whole affair in a different and ever more exciting direction. They play from a very real place. Both are very accomplished experienced musicians but together: sparks will fly!
They are both very excited about the release of their own song ‘Let’s Go Singing In The Choir’. It marks the beginning of their first album together. When they played this song live on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork’s Red FM, Neil said that it left him speechless.
Is She Really Going Out With Him by Victoria Keating and Declan Sinnott was the most played song on Irish Radio last September.
“The talent Victoria and Declan have on stage is matched by the chemistry between them.”
“This is really beautiful. As always, the guitar playing is just perfect. The arrangement and production, the filming and editing are superb. On top of all that, the singing is just gorgeous. I sincerely hope this gets the attention it deserves.”
“Ah that’s fantastic Dec! Put a huge smile on my face! Victoria is amazing and you’re not too bad yourself!”
“A wonderful chemistry breathes fresh new life into this old hit. Joyous and uplifting, the performances of Declan and Victoria elevate the song to new heights.”
