This online 3D Embroidery workshop is designed for beginners and those who have some experience with needle work (adults & teenagers ages 16+).
You will learn several 3D stitches and how to compose them on fabric with a printed photo of a butterfly.
You will be given detailed guidance on how to print a photograph on to a piece of fabric in an inkjet printer.
You will then embroider your project, using various methods and stitches: satin stitch over felt padding, spider webs stitches, woven picots, bullion stitches, French knots etc. You will work out your embroidery with colourful embroidery floss.
At the end you can enrich your project even more with beads and sequins.
