Resilience is the power that lies within us to keep getting back up after experiences in life knock us down. It’s how we handle these situations that make us better, braver and more confident. This course is designed to help you understand the importance of resilience and to bring it into your everyday experiences in order to live a happier more productive life with as little stress and anxiety as possible.
