Step out of your busy life for a while and join this summer Yoga workshop that will will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, rested and ready to enjoy the rest of the summer.
Suitable for all levels, where both male and female students are welcome; this two and a half hour workshop will include a breathing practice to calm the mind and settle the body, some gentle restorative yoga practice and a complete relaxation practice that systematically releases tension or stress from your body.
This workshop is designed to help you to feel calm and grounded while learning a valuable wellness tool.
It will offer a unique opportunity to establish a deeper connection with your yoga practice, where students are helped to explore their practice in a deeper way.
