Pilates is an exercise system developed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. It works every part of the body, engaging the mind with the body to create exercises that involve the whole body. Pilates strengthens core, improves balance, increases coordination and decreases stress. It is appropriate for anyone from the age of 10 to 100. All are welcome! Pilates focuses on learning to move better so the benefits are felt in everyday life.
